Michael Kors wants to focus on his own brand

Kors will remain creative director in Capri Holdings Limited

To focus on his own brand, US designer Michael Kors has stepped down from the supervisory board of Capri Holdings Limited, effective March 29. In addition to the Michal Kors brand, Capri owns British shoe label Jimmy Choo and Italian design house Versace. Kors will remain honorary president and creative director of Michael Kors. Capri Holdings’ supervisory board now has eight members, led by CEO John Idol.
