Fast fashion retailer Missguided is being sued by Kim Kardashian West for using her name and likeness to sell its knockoffs of her outfits and turning her into “an unwitting and unwilling spokesperson for their products.”

The star is asking for no less than $10 million in damages from the company, which has a “Shop Kim K” section on its website. The specific charges include trademark infringement since her name is trademarked and violating her right to privacy.
