Bono Van Peursem will present his spring/summer 2019 collection,
during the Paris Fashion week on Monday, 21st of January 2019
Bono van Peursem divides his time between his atelier in the Netherlands and Paris.
He started his career at an early age with an internship at the atelier of designer and couturier Ilja Visser, working on both Prêt-à-Porter and Haute Couture Collections.
After he moved to Paris to full fill his dream as he started his internship in the Haute Couture Atelier of Zuhair Murad. Next to his studies and internships he always worked on Couture pieces for his own clientele.
In July 2018 he presented his first couture collection during Paris Fashion week named ‘Desire’. With his designs he tries to compliment the natural beauty of women. Every Couture evening piece is custom made. His style can be described as edgy, cool evening wear with a strong desire for beautiful materials, special fabric techniques and embroideries. Every piece is handmade and fully tailored for the client.
