A Room of One’s Own is the new collection of the brand that tells the life and work story of Virginia Woolf, a famous British writer. Key images from her novels became the basis for prints showcased. Having studied private archives of the writer, the designer thought of simulating wet fabrics and faded prints. Floral motives were inspired by the pictures of Virginia’s garden, and these also defined the color palette of the collection. The beacon, the seagull and water are the symbols that refer to Mrs. Woolf’s life and work, and they are used both in prints and cuts.
