FARHAD RE – Paris Couture Week 2020.
Farhad Re was born in Rome and grew up between Italy and France, where he spent most of his time invested in his work as a stylist loved by stars, princesses, and jet-setting ladies such as Catherine Deneuve, Ivana Trump, Joan Collins, Brigitte Nielsen, Ursula Andress, and Princess Soraya, heads of sumptuous and marked elegance.
Known for his high fashion garments and accessories that despite their modernity reflect a taste for extreme luxury.
It is difficult to classify his singular creations mixing, instinctively, baroque, punk and romanticism.
FLORA MIRANDA – Paris Couture Week 2020.
Austrian fashion designer, Flora Miranda is based in Antwerp/Belgium. Throughout her work, the main focus is on the human being, one’s body, senses, and perception.
Flora explores physical border experiences that take place in virtual or actual reality.
Flora seeks to create dreams and desires, in her view fashion as a form of escapism playing an important role in one’s life.
To her fashion does not only describe garments, it involves a whole aesthetic world that surrounding us.
YANINA – Paris Couture Week 2020.
Yanina Couture was founded in 1993 by Yulia Yanina. Throughout its 25 years of existence, the Couture House, located in a former private mansion in the center of Moscow, opposite the Red Square, has worked to create luxurious and elegant dresses. The small workshop has become an international fashion house and is now one
of the most prestigious Russian fashion houses. Yanina Couture now employs 80 artisans, including 8 designers, 24 embroiderers, and 33 seamstresses.
JUANA MARTÍN – Paris Couture Week 2020.
Spanish designer, Juana Martin, gathers her inspiration from the Andalusian region, and the energetic Flamenco steps.
Juana Martin is not only an artist but also a strong female personality, which aspires to show the different faces of her collections: she’s projecting wedding dresses, rock stylisations, and retro suits.
XUAN – Paris Couture Week 2020.
XUAN is the fashion label of Dutch-Vietnamese designer Xuan-Thu Nguyen.
In 2004, she settled the company in Paris where she resides.
Production for XUAN is based in France and Holland.
Xuan-Thu Nguyen is best known for the evocative stories that her clothes tell.
Their aesthetic and construction work together to convey the intimacy, surprise, and fragility that underlie her personal experiences.
