November the 8th – the launch of Ulyana Sergeenko collection on LUISAVIAROMA – the most famous Italian online retailer.
The dress, a key product in the brand’s aesthetics, becomes the heart of the selection for LUISAVIAROMA . The new clients and Ulyana Sergeenko’s fans will find there the dresses made from silk, lace, and crepe, in mini and midi options from the brand’s Ready-to-Wear collection of this Fall.
To support the collaboration, Ulyana Sergeenko prepared an online-campaign featuring all the items which are now available on LUISAVIAROMA website.
Ulyana Sergeenko is a Russian designer and collector. Ulyana Sergeenko launched her eponymous fashion house in Moscow in 2011. One year later, after the brand’s first-ever Couture show in Paris, Ulyana Sergeenko became the first Russian couturier who has the honor to be the official invited member of the Federation of Haute Couture. As a storyteller at heart, Ulyana Sergeenko builds her collections around narratives that weave the personal with the fantastic, history with folklore and invention. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and handcrafted design elements, Ulyana Sergeenko believes that traditional handwork gives clothes a ‘unique soul’. The designer has a great passion for craftsmanship and fine fabrics, uses the old russian traditional techniques (such are Vologda and Yelets laces, Krestetskaya stitch, carvings on wood and many others) and combines them with modern and sophisticated designs.
LuisaViaRoma was founded by the Pankonesi family in 1930 as the eponymous concept store in the heart of Florence. The store appeared on the Internet in 1999, and today more than 90% of the company’s annual turnover is carried out online. The company is still the favorite thing of the Pankonesi family. The grandson of the founder Andrea Pankonesi is the Chief Executive Officer, and his daughter Annagreta Pankonesi is the Creative Director.
