ÀCheval Pampa RTW 19- Fall-winter 2019 collection
Àcheval Pampa FW19/20 March 4, 2019 Hotel Ritz
The small capsule collection showed today by Àcheval Pampa was a continuation of the luxury and rich aesthetic that has been their hallmark since their last three seasons.
Fewer looks were on display but all the spirit of the collection, inspired by Argentinean equestrian dress was there.
This season was a collaboration with Elisabeth von Thurn und Taxis, a journalist and editor-at-large at Vogue since 2012, and German princess by birth. This season the style was inspired not by the brand’s DNA but also von Thurn und Taxis’ own personal style.
Deep and richly colored velvets for gaucho pants and nip-waisted tailored jackets and butter soft silk satin dress shirts were on display along with a camel hooded short cape.
An elegant vermillion, and pearl grey and ruby red looked well next to the earthtones of the rest.
Details in Victorian lace following along seams and ruffled collars and the carnelian tasseled tie-belt which made a showing last season were on display.
It was a very pretty and desirable collection fit for a simple royal life.
